TUMBLING Classes
ages 5 - 18 years
Tumbling is floor based events. In these classes your child will build and progress from the Tumbling basics on our spring floor, tumbling trampoline and ultra bounce trampoline to our Tumbling Advanced & Elite. Through the levels, students will build a critical tumbling foundation of skills including cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, back walkovers, front walkovers, as well as develop the necessary strength and flexibility through daily exercises.
Evaluation required for Intermediate & Advance classes
Beginner
Tumbling Beginner is offered in 2 classes based on the following age breakdowns:
Ages 5-7
Ages 8-18

Your child will build and progress tumbling basics on our spring floor, tumbling trampoline and ultra bounce trampoline. intermediate
Floor: 1-handed Cartwheel, back roll, back walkover, front walkover or front limber, Round-off rebound.

Tumbling Trampoline: Front Handspring over octagon, Back Handspring over octagon, Back & Front Handspring with Spot
​
This Class will help your student attain their back handsprings and beginning front handsprings and aerials.

Advanced
Floor: Back Handspring (BHS) and Front Handspring (FHS)
​Students will work towards attaining their back and front saltos (tucks) as well as progress saltos to pikes and layouts.
​
Elite
Floor: Back Tuck & Front Tuck
Students will work towards advancing their tumbling skills, the sky is the limit! Advancements include progressing saltus from tucks to pikes and layouts, alternate passes and more.

I have been a preschool instructor at Flight Deck since August 2020 and have immensely enjoyed getting to know the kids and teaching them to grow to be the best version of themselves and excel at something they love!
