Independent of Mom & Dad!
Your child will start with a fun but energizing warm-up song and work on basic gymnastic positions such as tuck, pike, straddle, squat and lunge. The class is designed for development of gymnastics, which includes uneven bars, balance beam, tumbling, and trampoline. Your aspiring gymnasts will also work on skills such as handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, forward and backward rolls. Lastly, this class will help your child learn how to work well with others and improve their fine and gross motor skills, including hand-eye coordination while doing many skills to develop and improve reading readiness. And this is all accomplished while learning gymnastics! Mom and dad, you are very welcome to watch your child learning and having fun in class!

Preschool Daytime Playtime
Open Playtime! We open our preschool set gym for 45 minutes so you and your family can have a fun bonding time. This is a great way for your child to get used to our gymnastics equipment. Tumbling trampoline, spring floors, bars, beam, vault, foam pit, ninja equipment, and rock wall! A great deal.
