Lauren was a USA Gymnastics Competitive Gymnast for 8 years, finishing her career in Level 8. She then had 5 years of gymnastics and tumbling coaching experience at Celina Gym and Cheer. She is now the proud owner of Flight Deck Gymnastics and cannot wait to share her love for gymnastics and exercise with you and your family!
