Coach Chandler, our Program Director, has worked diligently to build an Adult Fitness Program that creates an effective, yet all encouraging, non-judgmental environment.

Our small classes are taught by dedicated and experienced coaches who want to see you succeed and help to reach your fitness goals!

OBJECTIVES:

  1. Foster a safe and fun community of Fitness enthusiasts

  2. Non-competitive, non-judgmental, all encouraging atmosphere

  3. Build a foundation of physical fitness.

  4. Iterate importance of cardiovascular health

  5. Promote benefits of regular exercise/ healthy decisions

  6. Suggested Food Alternatives

  7. 3 days in the gym / 2 days guided trail run

  8. Mon - Friday: 9am-10am

MATERIAL'S NEEDED

  1. Comfortable athletic wear. 

  2. Appropriate footwear for outdoor/all terrain running

  3. Water Bottle

ACTIVITIES

  1. 5 days of workouts (Monday - Friday) 

  2. Trail running (3-5 miles)

  3. Course running (1-3 miles)

  4. Mobility exercises

  5. Core and balance exercises
