Nestlings
Kindergarden - 2nd Grade
Skills that will be focused on are: Basic motions, Beginning jumps, Balance and body control, Rhythm and counts, Fun games that build coordination, Light conditioning, and Intro into cheer tumbling (forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands)

45 minute class, meeting once a week.

Eaglets
3rd Grade - 6th Grade
Skills that will be focused on are: Strong motions, Jump technique, Cheer chants, Flexibility, Round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers (ability dependent), Beginning stunts (preps, flyers, bases, safety), and Conditioning

Goal- Prepare athletes for school cheer and future competition.

60 minute class, meeting once a week.

Golden Eagles
7th Grade - 12th Grade
Skills that will be focused on are: Advanced motions, Jump combinations, Intro/intermediate stunting, Standing and running cheer tumbling progression, Performance skills, Strength and conditioning, Game-day material

elementary cheer tumbling
Kindergarden - 6th Grade
Skills that will be focused on are: Forward & Backward rolls, Cartwheels Round-offs, Handstands, Bridges & Bridge kickovers, Back walkovers, Front walkovers (ability dependent), and Strength & flexibility

Goal- Build strong cheer tumbling fundamentals in a safe, progressive environment.

60 minute class, meeting once a week.

middle & High school cheer tumbling
7th Grade - 12th Grade
Skills that will be focused on are: Standing cheer tumbling progression, Running cheer tumbling progression, Back handsprings, Tucks and specialty skills (ability dependent), Technique refinement, Power & conditioning, and Flexibility
Goal- Help athletes gain the skills and confidence needed for school and competitive cheer.​
