MATERIALS NEEDED: 

  1. Comfortable athletic wear

  2. Appropriate footwear for outdoor/all terrain running

  3. Water Bottle

ACTIVITIES

  1. 3 Days of workouts

  2. Mon, Wed, Fri - 2:45pm - 3:45pm

  3. Course running (1-3 miles)

  4. Mobility exercises

  5. Core and balance exercise

  6. Resistance / Circuit training

OBJECTIVES

  1. Foster a safe and fun community of Fitness enthusiasts

    1. Non-competitive, non-judgmental, all encouraging 

  2. Build a foundation of physical fitness. 

    1. Iterate importance of cardiovascular health

    2. Promote benefits of regular exercise/ healthy decisions
